• Fee: $900 per hour (minimum 1 hour)

2. Written Report / Expert Opinion

• Detailed, formal written report with findings, analysis, and opinions suitable for legal proceedings.
• Optional inclusion of annotated photos, diagrams, or other visual aids.
• Fee: $1,000–$2,500 flat fee depending on complexity.

3. Depositions

• Sworn testimony in deposition.
• Preparation time billed separately if significant.
